Why does my air mattress feel like it is losing firmness overnight?

The PVC Material will naturally stretch and expand during use. We recommend fully inflating the mattress and then deflating it once more. This allows the PVC to fully stretch, ensuring the mattress remains firm throughout the night.

How long does it take to charge the pump?

The lithium battery pump typically takes 2-3 hours to fully charge. Once fully charged, it can be used multiple times for inflation/deflation.

How to inflate?

The pumps are already stored in the pump storage compartment. Simply press the switch to inflate directly (inflate in the pump compartment), no need to remove the pump.

How to deflate?

When deflating the mattress, remove the pump, connect the nozzle to the deflated end of the pump, and deflate the mattress at the deflation port next to the pump storage compartment.
